The leopard is Germany
The third beast looked like a leopard which had four wings and four heads. We know that leopards are fast and they have spots. Germany’s main battle tank since the 1970s has been the leopard tank and in World War II, Germany conquered parts of France using tanks extremely quickly with a military technique which came to be known as blitzkrieg (lightning attack). This was achieved using mechanised warfare including the tank. The spots of the leopard could possibly mean the 27 E.U. nations as of 2022 or the 39 pre-unification German states before 1871.1 The four wings could mean France as France and Germany are the powerhouses of the European Union. The symbol of France since the Middle Ages has been the rooster so this could possibly be the wings that are referred to on the leopard’s back.
The Fourth Reich
The leopard like beast (Germany) is unique in that it has four heads whereas all the other beasts only have one head each. So, what do the four heads represent? Whereas the beasts themselves represent a particular empire or kingdom, each time that nation rears its ugly head so to speak is another time when that empire rises and falls. So far there have been three German Reichs. The First Reich was the Holy Roman Empire first ruled by a Frankish king Charlemagne (800–1806). The Second Reich was the German Empire under Otto Van Bismark (1871–1919). The Third Reich was Adolf Hitler’s rule (1933–1945).
But the leopard has four heads and there has been talk of a Fourth Reich in the future. The author Gavriel Rosenveld has written on the subject2 and others have also written about a possible fourth Reich so the idea and concept is a very real one. If Adolf Hitler is the Antichrist to come then it is likely that he will want to establish a fourth Reich. Satan has unfulfilled ambitions and he will likely try again. The thing is that he will succeed for a time, times and half a time when he will completely defeat the saints until the Ancient of Days comes.3 One thing for sure is that there has been a rise in Naziism in recent years. It is hard for many people whom I have talked to, to envisage a rise of a fourth Reich because of the hatred for what Hitler did to the Jews and being the author of an extermination program as was the case in the 1930s and 40s.
Fourth terrifying beast
The fourth terrifying beast in Daniel’s vision disturbed Daniel and he wanted to know the meaning of this beast because it was so different. This beast had iron teeth and bronze claws and completely crushed and devoured its victims and trampled underfoot anything that was left.4 This crushing indicates to me that opposition to this kingdom will not be tolerated. Complete compliance will be required. It will be a surveillance kingdom and any opposition will be wiped out.
This beast had ten horns and another “little horn” that came up. These horns are explained in Dan. 7:24 as being ten kings that will come from this kingdom. So, what we have here is ten initial kings who don’t seem to have any authority. In other words they are not crowned. Maybe they are designated as kings in name only in preparation for the arrival of the little horn. When the little horn arises he will subdue three of them and then these final ten will turn on the harlot woman and be given total authority for one hour (a short time).5 Rev. 13:1 says that the beast’s ten kings (horns) are crowned meaning that they are now official and given an actual area and region to have authority over. The little horn arises later in this fourth kingdom which indicates that this kingdom will be the final empire before the Antichrist arises from the abyss at the halfway mark of the 70th week. This fourth beast kingdom is the kingdom that we will experience very soon. Watch for the rise of ten kings or rulers with the world being divided into ten regions. I believe this is the New World Order that is frequently discussed and being arranged by such organisations as the WEF. The think tank, the Club of Rome in 1973 proposed dividing the world into ten regions which may be the blueprint for this fourth beast. We are beginning to see this being talked about more and more. I believe by the end of this decade we may see this New World Order come to be.
The fifth beast
There is one final beast that incorporates the four beasts before it and that is the beast that John saw in Rev. 13:1-4. Daniel didn’t see this beast in his vision but he saw the transition. He saw the rise of the Little Horn who comes up when the beast arises from the abyss. This final beast is a conglomerate beast and has all the characteristics of the other four. It will be ferocious like the bear defeating all who oppose it, having the bear’s feet. It will have the mouth of the lion speaking against the Most High and making great boasts.6 Its body however is like the leopard beast meaning that it will mainly be Germany and the E.U. which are in control of this final 42-month beast. Daniel saw that three of these horns/kings will be subdued and the Little Horn will reign over ten kings or regions for the final time, times and half a time.7 This fits in neatly with my belief that Adolf Hitler is a likely candidate to be the head that has the fatal head wound but revives and astonishes the world. Hitler, the third head, will rise to be the fourth head and will be the Antichrist. He may not even call himself by his old name but may even inherit a new name commensurate with his new reign of terror that also works in with the number 666. Remember that the beast is a kingdom but also a man.
Adolf the noble beast returns
Interestingly, Hitler’s first name “Adolf” means “noble wolf.” The wolf is the epitome of the beast that cannot be tamed but is wild in nature and temperament. The wolf is mentioned often in Scripture as being the enemy of Christians–the sheep. In Matt. 10:16 Jesus warns his disciples that they are being sent out as sheep amongst wolves. Wolves are also false teachers. The noble wolf will have his victory over many sheep in the last 3 ½ years. In keeping with the nature of the wolf, the rising Antichrist may even change his name to try and hide his true nature. “Adonikam” might be a good name to choose which means “risen master” or “my risen lord.” The noble wolf will become the risen master who sits in the temple and declare himself to be God. To add weight to this possibility is that “Adonikam” is the only name in the Bible that is associated with the number 666 in Ezra 2:13. Adonikam had 666 descendants who returned to the land out of exile. Those who take the mark of “Adonikam” will be known as the children or descendants of the risen master who has come back out of exile after many years.

How are you both going?
Steve, I enjoy reading your blogs. I know that you do a lot of research into what you write. Many of the things you have written about make sense and I often research as it causes me to question.
I believe strongly that what we went through over the past couple of years was a trial. They had people tested and got a lot of DNA samples. They saw how people handled the situation and behind the scenes are comparing notes and making adjustments.
I have two questions…
1) How does China fit into all the chaos that will happen? Do you think that they are mentioned in the end times?
2) How were the 10 regions chosen? Surely on an economic scale things have changed since they were chosen. Have things changed or have they been manipulated?

Thanks for your comments and questions. As regards to China, the Bible doesn’t say a lot as is the case with most countries except maybe Rev. 16:12 where the Euphrates River is dried up for the kings from the east (China). The fact is that all nations will be aligned against Israel at the end (Psa. 2:1-2). Some say that the 200 million strong army that destroys 1/3 of mankind in Rev. 9:13-15 can only be China, But all of this is not clear so no one can be sure. There is no doubt that China is a formidable force but it looks like they are a diminishing influence as its population is set to decrease. India will be taking over from China as the most populous country soon. All nations will fit into the New World Order plan to divide the world into regions rather than countries. We have seen that this plan is well underfoot since the “plandemic.” Some of the goals of Agenda 21/30 are the abolition of national sovereignty and the overturning of private property ownership. Clearly, the ten region end times NWO Babylon system will abolish nations and countries. You will own nothing and be happy! The NWO map originated after World War 2. Interestingly there are now ten major regional economic trading blocs in the world economy (EEA, NAFTA, MERCOSUR, AEC, COMESA, APEC, SAARC, IORA, LAIA, SADC). Of course, the ten regions of Revelation may look differently to what we see now. But what is undeniable is that we are heading for a New World Order in preparation for the coming of the beast at the midpoint of the last seven years.
It’s interesting that we all want to know how America or China or this country or that country fits into the end times scenario but the devil’s objective is to destroy both national sovereignty and individual sovereignty (no free will) and be his slaves. This is what happened in Egypt when the people had no food in the 7-year famine. Firstly, the people used their spare cash to buy food, then they sold their livestock to buy food from Joseph, then they sold their property and themselves into slavery to the Pharoah. The people were happy and owned nothing (Gen. 47:25).
